WW1 Royal Marines 1897 Pattern £375

A good condition WW1 era 1897 pattern sabre to the Royal Marines. The Royal Marines as the infantry branch of the Royal Navy adopted the 1897 pattern. This piece has a pierced half bowl guard with the royal cypher, the blade has good crisp etchings and is marked "MADE IN ENGLAND" on the back edge, the tip has been sharpened.

This sword has some discolouration to the shagreen and some wear to the scabbard as seen. This sword can be yours for £375 or best offer.
