C1850 Non-Regulation French Sabre £675

An unique French non-regulation three-bar sabre, this is one of the fantasies style of combat sabres often associated with Colonial or foreign service within the French Empire. This sabre has a three bar all steel guard of hefty proportions in the style of an 1882 French sabre.

The blade has an oval cross section with offset fillers and appears to be marked to Coulaux et Cie faintly. Overall the piece is in near mint condition. This sword can be yours for £675 or best offer.
