C1800 Indian Hide Buckler £400

A rather pleasant translucent hide buckler from north India dating from the late 18th to early 19th century.

This piece is a buckler measuring just over a foot in diameter iwrh four iron bosses and a good amount of its original paintwork showing.

The shield has some wear to the front and retains its four iron grip loops.
