This rather fascinating staghorn hunting knife or spearpointed Bowie is most likely an early form of private purchase knife. These were generally purchased by officers and other ranks in the late 18th and 19th Century to be a catch all utility and combat knife in addition to their issue or personal weapons. This knife has a staghorn grip and brass fittings with a blade that resembles and Arkansas Toothpick, it's origin is unknown and it has a variety of stamped letters I believe were posted after it's manufacture. This knife can be yours for £250 or best offer. Reduced to £160.
