This pistol is rather interesting as it has been made in London with all metal furniture in what could be called the Franco-Oriental style. Thomas Page was active until the late 18th Century and worked this piece in German silver with Ottoman styled inlay in the barrel. This is something sometimes seen in guns coming out of France that had been made to emulate the style of the Ottomans. This piece is covered in arabesque scrollwork and is quite hefty, it has been converted to percussion.
This piece can be yours for £1275
