Arnachellum Bowie £475

An incredibly and frankly monstrous bowie knife made by the famous and rare maker Arnachellum of Salem, a late 19th-century maker of blades from Salem, Tamil Nadu. Whilst a maker of many implements he was most famous for his Anglo-Indian bowie knives, a few of which are in the Royal Collection. This one whilst obviously an Arnachellum has been restamped for some reason, presumably it was overpolished and some enterprising and illiterate chap marked it. This has been taken into consideration in the price.

The bowie has an overall length of 16.5 inches.

This bowie can be yours for £475 or best offer.
