An Anglo-Indian sabre likely of the 21st Light Dragoons from their time in India. This sword is just incredible with a squared guard and beautifully formed langets surmounted by a carved tigers head pommel. All of this offset by a green ivory knurled grip. The blade is pattern welded with a dark blade when etched. The blade is a nearly straight sabre.
The sword comes with an associated Anglo-Indian Scabbard which has been with it for quite a long time made for a similar sword.
