This C1800 wakizashi is a restoration piece with a replacement saya (scabbard) from a katana and in need of a professional polish. The sword has had a hard life and is priced as such. There is no signature on the tang but there is a rather pleasant set of fittings including a very nicely carved iron tsuba (guard).
