The smaller of a set of Mambele I purchased from a single collection, this one is more decorated with twisted brass wire and studs as well as some filework and scalloping to the steel. This sword is slightly less substantial than the other one that came in the set but is far more extravagantly worked whilst at the same time still being a fighting weapon.
