This mid 19th-century flyssa is a beautiful cut steel example with a pleasant workmanlike hilt of the type I much prefer to the overly decorated brass pieces. This is a well-made fighting sword with a flair for the artistic.
The flyssa is an incredible sword, native to the Berber people of North Africa, a stunning sword similar to the yataghan that bridges the gap culturally between Africa and the Arab worlds.
This sword can be yours for £345.
