This interesting 17/18th Century Yali Dagger can be pinpointed to South India by the form of the pommel. Rather than a traditional Yali it is formed as a mythical bird much like the Parakeet pommels associated with South India. This dagger is of sturdy construction and came from a collector who polished the blade. Interestingly this dagger has a rather large handle, unlike the other examples I have found in the UK. This dagger can be yours for £475 or best offer. Reduced to £375 for Swordvent.
