A piece from my personal collection and it's a special piece. This hanger has a sterling silver set of fittings on a natural stag grip.
The silver is hallmarked to London 1734. There is a makers mark too which is slightly faded but with careful cleaning could be deciphered.
The blade is a hefty blade reminiscent of a short broadsword with a pair of double fullers terminating in a spear point. The blade still bears quite a lot of an edge but has lost the very tip of its point.
This sword can be yours for £950 or best offer.
