A totally unique piece, this sword has a hilt dating to 1730 and a blade dating to 1828. It is the ultimate heirloom sword. The sword has a matched blade and scabbard and luckily with the silver we can date them exactly, the bade is a stunning 1821 pattern blue and gilt. Overall there is not much to say about this sword aside from the fact that it is magical and a one of a kind, whilst we often can see period marriages we can very rarely find one we can confirm with silver hallmarks or signatures.
